For Street Food Lovers: Muar Glutton Street 麻坡贪吃街

Glutton Street is one of the go-to places to eat in Muar due to the abundant choices of street food here. Hosting more than 20 stalls, our top 2 favorites are:

10. Teochew Kueh @ Muar Glutton Street

You can rarely find authentic, traditional Teochew kueh in KL or any other parts of Malaysia nowadays – which is why we highly recommend this stall at Glutton Street. One thing to highlight here is that you can request to have your kuehs pan grilled by the owner. The pan-grilled kuehs provide a unique texture that’s crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside.

11. Satay Ah Kow @ Muar Glutton Street

Ah Kow offers both pork and chicken satay at his stall, with most of his customers preferring the pork satay. The satay here is incredibly well seasoned and marinated to the point where it’s flavorful even on its own. However, for an extra burst of flavor, have the satay along with the peanut sauce.
